What we collect
When you ask for information, we receive what you typed into the form:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address
- your state
- your ZIP code
- your date of birth
- your request
- if you use our information page: the IP address, browser, page and time of your request, as a record of your consent
Why we use it
To respond to your request and follow up: to call you, text you or email you about what you asked for.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other marketers. It is used only by the services we need to reach you (for example, the service that sends the text messages) and by our customer system, HubSpot.
Ads on Facebook
Our Medicare information page uses a tool from Meta (Facebook's company) to learn whether our ads work. We do not send Meta what you type into the form.
To avoid showing ads to people who are already in touch with us, we may share your phone number and email address with Meta in hashed (encoded) form. Meta uses them only to make that match.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message, or write to luz@escogemedicare.com, or call 214-888-3151 and tell us you want no further contact.
How long we keep it
While we work with you and as the law requires.
